  Abstract:  Theoretical and Practical Interferences in the Bodybuilding Training and Kinetotherapy. Both in bodybuilding and in kinetotherapy people reach the performance by carrying out exercises with the greatest efficiency, using to the minimum the internal forces and to the maximum the external ones. Thus, the use of the physical exercises in the best form of adapting the human organism to the environment. Another essential condition to obtain the performance, both in bodybuilding and kinetotherapy is that of learning the biomechanics notions. There are interrelationships between bodybuilding and kinetotherapy.We think that in the future we’ll find more common aspects between bodybuilding and kinetotherapy, by close cooperation between the bodybuilding coach and kinetotherapist.
